What is Kinetic+ Training?

Kinetic+ training is a mind-body-environment approach that seamlessly integrates skill development, physical performance, and overall well-being. Training Levels

Foundational Athlete (Ages 5-9): Focus: Building fundamental motor skills, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate activities that foster a love for movement and sports.

Raw Athlete (Ages 10-12):
Focus on building foundational skills like speed, agility, and bodyweight strength exercises to develop safe movement patterns and injury prevention.

Performance Athlete (Ages 13-15):
Develop advanced athletic skills, including strength training, endurance building, and refining movement patterns for peak performance.

Elite Athlete (Ages 16+):
