During this critical stage of growth, our Kinetic+ Training System focuses on building a strong connection between foundational movement skills and sport performance. Training gross motor skills at this age creates the physical confidence and coordination that fuel future athletic success.
Elementary school athletes in our Kinetic+ program are introduced to fundamental movement patterns including:
- Jumping & Landing Mechanics
Teaching safe force absorption, body control, and coordination. - Balance & Proprioception
Developing body awareness, stability, and control through dynamic movement challenges. - Running Form & Technique
Establishing efficient sprint mechanics that support speed development and injury prevention. - Dynamic Flexibility & Mobility

Thrive Athletica’s Individual Performance Training (6-Session Pack) delivers personalized, high-impact training designed to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, and movement profile, focusing on efficient movement mechanics, strength development, speed, coordination, and injury resistance. Training integrates dynamic movement, controlled strength work, and intentional recovery to help athletes move better—not just train harder.

All athletes receive access to Thrive Athletica’s mobile training app, which includes personalized workouts, exercise demos, and structured programming to support progress outside of in-person sessions.
