Middle school is a critical window for athletic development, and the Kinetic+ Training System is designed to take full advantage of it.
Building on the movement foundations developed in elementary years, Thrive Athletica introduces a progressive, age-appropriate approach to strength and power training. At this stage, athletes are developmentally primed to expand speed, coordination, strength, and confidence — the cornerstones of long-term athletic success.
Middle school athletes in our Kinetic+ program focus on:
- Core Stabilization & Functional Strength
Developing trunk control, posture, and stability to support efficient movement and power output. - Plyometrics
Teaching proper jumping, landing, and reactive mechanics to build explosiveness safely. - Multi-Directional Agility
Enhancing acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction for real-game movement. - Sprinting Form & Technique
Refining running mechanics to improve speed, efficiency, and injury resilience.
Training sessions are structured to be challenging, engaging, and developmentally appropriate, helping athletes build confidence while preparing them for higher levels of competition.
